- You are currently enrolled in a HBO Bachelor’s program with a commercial orientation.
- You have intercultural awareness.
- You are a team player.
- You have written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, English and German (optional).
- You make it work because of your enthusiasm for commercial strategies and customer service.
What will you make?
- You make it work: you help organize internal or external customer events in which you will also actively participate.
- You make it social: you assist in meeting customer needs and always provide customers with relevant (product) information.
- You make it organized: you offer support in securing and logging relevant customer or project information in the Mosa CRM system.
- You make it service: you help with accepting and registering complaints and help provide solutions for the handling of the complaint.
- You can make it happen at Mosa: you support other team members and always find opportunities for self-growth and improvement.
